Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Inglis Withlacoochee River Seagrass Restoration 9
Project is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of 10
The Florida House of Representatives and is des cribed in 11
Appropriations Project Request 1225, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $3,074,005 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Inglis 16
Withlacoochee River Seagrass Restoration Project as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 1225. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
