Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Volusia County Utility Infrastructure for the 9
Protection of DeLeon Spring is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida Hous e of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 901, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $3,900,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Volusia 16
County Utility Infrastructure for the Protection of DeLeon 17
Spring as described in Appropriations Project Request 901. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
