Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Osceola Recovery Project is an Appropriations 8
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 9
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 10
Request 619, herein incorporated b y reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $250,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Children and Families to fund the Osceola Recovery 14
Project as described in Appropriations Project Request 619. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 16
