Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Town of Medley - NW 95th Street Extension is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 869, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $175,000 from the State Transportation (Primary) Trust Fund 13
is appropriated to the Department of Transportation to fund the 14
Town of Medley - NW 95th Street Extension as described in 15
Appropriations Project Request 869. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
