Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. City of Boynton Beach Radio Tower is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 770, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $1,700,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Department of Law Enforcement to fund the City of Boynton 14
Beach Radio Tower as described in Appropriations Project Request 15
770. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
