Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Transportation Disadvantaged Discounted Bus 9
Passes - Palm Beach County is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida House o f Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 758, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $2,000,000 from the State Transportation (Primary) Trust Fund 15
is appropriated to the Department of Transportation to fund the 16
Transportation Disadvantaged Discounted Bus Passes - Palm Beach 17
County as described in Appropriations Project Request 758. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
