Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8

Section 1. Faulk Center - No-Cost/Low-Cost Mental Health 10
Counseling for the Economically Disadvantaged is an 11
Appropriations Project as define d in The Rules of The Florida 12
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 13
Project Request 648, herein incorporated by reference. 14
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 15
of $150,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 16
Department of Children and Families to fund the Faulk Center - 17
No-Cost/Low-Cost Mental Health Counseling for the Economically 18
Disadvantaged as described in Appropriations Project Request 19
648. 20
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 21
