Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. P.E.A.R. Project: HabCenter's Programs in 9
Education, Art & Recreation is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 647, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $350,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Agency for Persons with Disabilities to fund the P.E.A.R. 16
Project: HabCenter's Programs in Education, Art & Recreation as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 647. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
