Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Palm Beach County Oral History Project is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 1147, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $47,400 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of State to fund the Palm Beach County Oral History 14
Project as described in Appropriations Project Request 1147. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 16
