Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Delray Beach Pompey Park Improvements is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 951, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $935,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Delray Beach 14
Pompey Park Improvements as described in Appropriations Project 15
Request 951. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
