Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8

Section 1. Florence Fuller Child Development Centers, 10
Inc., (FFCDC) Apprenticeship Training Academy & Employment 11
Program is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of 12
The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 13
Appropriations Project Request 784, herein incorporated by 14
reference. 15
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 16
of $398,428 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 17
Department of Education to fund the Florence Fuller Child 18
Development Centers, Inc., (FFCDC) Apprenticeship Training 19
Academy & Employment Program as described in Appropriations 20
Project Request 784. 21
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 22
