Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Boca Raton Habilitation Center Education 9
Programs for Adults with Disabilities (AWD) is an Appropriations 10
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 11
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 12
Request 674, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $300,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Education to fund the Boca Raton Habilitation 16
Center Education Programs for Adults with Disabilities (AWD) as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 674. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
