Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Highland Beach Fire Rescue Resiliency and 9
Safety Enhanced EOC Firehouse is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 667, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $800,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Financial Services to fund the Highland Beach Fire 16
Rescue Resiliency and Safety Enhanced EOC Firehouse as described 17
in Appropriations Project Request 667. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
