Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Palm Beach Historic North Fire Station 9
Renovation is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules 10
of The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 668, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $875,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Financial Services to fund the Palm Beach Historic 16
North Fire Station Renovation as described in Appropriations 17
Project Request 668. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
