Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Peanut Island Historic Restoration is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 512, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $1,500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Department of Economic Opportunity to fund the Peanut Island 14
Historic Restoration as described in Appropriations Project 15
Request 512. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
