Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8

Section 1. Brevard County Indian River Lagoon and Max 10
Brewer Causeway Shoreline Stabilization and Protection is an 11
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 12
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 13
Project Request 569, herein incorporated by reference. 14
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 15
of $3,155,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 16
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Brevard 17
County Indian River Lagoon and Max Brewer Causeway Shoreline 18
Stabilization and Protection as described in Appropriations 19
Project Request 569. 20
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 21
