Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Second Chance Program -17th Judicial Circuit is 9
an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 10
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 11
Project Request 1212, herein incorporated by reference. 12
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 13
of $346,735 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 14
Department of Corrections to fund the Second Chance Program -15
17th Judicial Circuit as described in Appropriations Project 16
Request 1212. 17
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 18
