Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. 2023 Miami International Agriculture, Horse & 9
Cattle Show is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules 10
of The Florida House of Representatives and is d escribed in 11
Appropriations Project Request 983, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $98,850 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Agriculture and Consumer S ervices to fund the 2023 16
Miami International Agriculture, Horse & Cattle Show as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 983. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
