Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Florida Teacher Recruitment is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 566, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $250,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Education to fund the Florida Teacher Recruitment 14
as described in Appropriations Proje ct Request 566. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 16
