Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. The WOW Center is an Appropriations Project as 8
defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and 9
is described in Appropriations Project Request 939, herein 10
incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $550,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Education to fund The WOW Center as described in 14
Appropriations Project Request 939. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 16
