Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Hilliard Sanitary Sewer Collection System 9
Rehabilitation is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is de scribed 11
in Appropriations Project Request 1030, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $6,585,473 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Protectio n to fund the Hilliard 16
Sanitary Sewer Collection System Rehabilitation as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 1030. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
