Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. City of Gulfport - Gulfport Multipurpose Senior 9
Center is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of 10
The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 1277, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Economic Opportunity to fund the City of 16
Gulfport - Gulfport Multipurpose Senior Center as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 1277. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
