Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. AdventHealth Orlando - Advanced Genomics for 9
Critically Ill Newborns is an Appropriations Project as defined 10
in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 557, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $725,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Health to fund the AdventHealth Orlando - Advanced 16
Genomics for Critically Ill Newborns as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 557. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
