Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Easterseals Better Together is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 898, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $5,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Agency for Persons with Disabilities to fund the Easterseals 14
Better Together as described in Appropriations Project Request 15
898. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
