Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Florida International University - Law Path to 9
the Legal Profession Pre -Law Program is an Appropriations 10
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 11
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 12
Request 1297, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $75,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Board of Governors to fund the Florida International University 16
- Law Path to the Legal Profession Pre -Law Program as described 17
in Appropriations Project Request 1297. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
