Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. City of Deerfield Beach - Northeast Focal Point 9
Senior Center is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is described 11
in Appropriations Project Request 721, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $286,705 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Elder Affairs to fund the City of Deerfield Beach 16
- Northeast Focal Point Senior Center as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 721. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
