Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Lake Worth Beach 18th Avenue North & Wellesley 9
Drive Lagoon Enhancements is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 843, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $250,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Lake Worth 16
Beach 18th Avenue North & Wellesley Drive Lagoon Enhancements as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 843. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
