Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Place of Hope Child Welfare Services is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 781, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $750,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Children and Families to fund the Place of Hope 14
Child Welfare Services as described in Appropriations Project 15
Request 781. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
