Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Medical Gas Education Outreach Training Program 9
is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The 10
Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 1204, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $258,300 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Business and Professional Regulation to fund the 16
Medical Gas Education Outreach Training Program as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 1204. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
