Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Biscayne-Everglades Greenway Design and 9
Construction is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is described 11
in Appropriations Project Request 1053, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $2,500,000 from the State Transportation (Primary) Trust Fund 15
is appropriated to the Department of Transportation to fund the 16
Biscayne-Everglades Greenway Design and Construction as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 1053. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
