Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Maitland Dommerich Hills Septic to Sewer Phase 9
II is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The 10
Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 762, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Maitland 16
Dommerich Hills Septic to Sewer Phase II as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 762. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
