Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Florida Gulf & Atlantic Railroad Panhandle 9
Track Rehabilitation is an Appropriations Project as defined in 10
The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives an d is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 1407, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $870,000 from the State Transportation (Primary) Trust Fund 15
is appropriated to the Department of Transportation to fund the 16
Florida Gulf & Atlantic Railroad Panhandle Track Rehabilitation 17
as described in Appropriations Project Request 1407. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
