Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. The Transition House Homeless Veterans Program 9
- Osceola County is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives an d is described 11
in Appropriations Project Request 553, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $350,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Children and Famili es to fund The Transition House 16
Homeless Veterans Program - Osceola County as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 553. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
