Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Estero on the River Trails is an Appropriations 8
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 9
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 10
Request 1300, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $750,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Estero on the 14
River Trails as described in Appropriations Project Request 15
1300. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
