Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Fort Meade Area Multi -Use Emergency Shelter and 9
Equestrian Center is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representativ es and is described 11
in Appropriations Project Request 1455, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $2,500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Economic Op portunity to fund the Fort Meade 16
Area Multi-Use Emergency Shelter and Equestrian Center as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 1455. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
