Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Brevard County Indian River Lagoon Septic 9
Upgrades to Advanced Treatment Units Phase 2 (50 sites) is an 10
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 11
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 12
Project Request 608, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $450,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Brevard 16
County Indian River Lagoon Septic Upgrades to Advanced Treatment 17
Units Phase 2 (50 sites) as described in Appropriations Project 18
Request 608. 19
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 20
