Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Miami East Flagami Flood Mitigation, Stormwater 9
and Drainage Improvements is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida Hous e of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 1379, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $3,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Miami 16
East Flagami Flood Mitigation, Stormwater and Drainage 17
Improvements as described in Appropriations Project Request 18
1379. 19
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 20
