Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Dixie County EOC Fire Station Addition is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 1608, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $3,741,500 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Department of Financial Services to fund the Dixie County 14
EOC Fire Station Addition as described in Appropriations Project 15
Request 1608. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
