Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Fort Lauderdale Tarpon River 9
Environmental/Maintenance Dredging is an Appropriations Project 10
as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives 11
and is described in Appropriations Project Request 1565, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $100,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Prot ection to fund the Fort 16
Lauderdale Tarpon River Environmental/Maintenance Dredging as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 1565. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
