Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Carter G. Woodson African American History 9
Museum is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of 10
The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 1418, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $5,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of State to fund the Carter G. Woodson Africa n 16
American History Museum as described in Appropriations Project 17
Request 1418. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
