Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. General Operating Support for Educational 9
Programming is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules 10
of The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 1658, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $350,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Education to fund the General Operating Support 16
for Educational Programming as described in Appropriations 17
Project Request 1658. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
