Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Love Serving Autism's INTERACT Therapeutic 9
Tennis and Multi-Sport Facility is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida Hou se of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 410, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $319,521 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Agency for Persons with Disabilities to fund the Love Serving 16
Autism's INTERACT Therapeutic Tennis and Multi -Sport Facility as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 410. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
