Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Preparing Florida’s Workforce through 9
Agricultural Education is an Appropriations Project as defined 10
in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and i s 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 935, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,250,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Education to fund the Preparing Florida’s 16
Workforce through Agricultural Education as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 935. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
