Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Boca Raton Lake Wyman/Rutherford Park 9
Restoration Project is an Appropriations Project as defined in 10
The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 672, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $2,680,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Protectio n to fund the Boca 16
Raton Lake Wyman/Rutherford Park Restoration Project as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 672. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
