Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Town of Palm Beach Shores - Lake Worth North 9
Channel Dredging is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is described 11
in Appropriations Project Request 1781, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $600,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protec tion to fund the Town of Palm 16
Beach Shores - Lake Worth North Channel Dredging as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 1781. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
