Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Fruitville Road Capacity Improvement Project - 9
Sarasota is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of 10
The Florida House of Representatives and is des cribed in 11
Appropriations Project Request 1267, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $4,000,000 from the State Transportation (Primary) Trust Fund 15
is appropriated to the Department of Transportation to fund the 16
Fruitville Road Capacity Improvement Project - Sarasota as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 1267. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
