Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Chipola College - STEM (Science and Math) 9
Building Renovation is an Appropriations Project as defined in 10
The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 295, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $2,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Education to fund the Chipola College - STEM 16
(Science and Math) Building Renovation as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 295. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
