Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Green Cove Springs Palmetto Avenue Drainage 9
Project is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of 10
The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 1475, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $307,500 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Green Cove 16
Springs Palmetto Avenue Drainage Project as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 1475. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
