Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. City of Lake Helen - Historic City Hall Roof 9
and Window Replacement is an Appropriations Project as defined 10
in The Rules of The Florida House of Representa tives and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 1638, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $180,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of State to fund the City of Lake Helen - Historic 16
City Hall Roof and Window Replacement as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 1638. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
