Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Haitian Lawyers Association Pro Bono Project is 9
an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 10
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 11
Project Request 1807, herein incorporated by reference. 12
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 13
of $417,500 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 14
Department of Legal Affairs and Attorney General to fund the 15
Haitian Lawyers Association Pro Bono Project as described in 16
Appropriations Project Request 1807. 17
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 18
